What we collect

  • Enquiries and site-survey requests: your name, phone number, email (optional), area or PIN code, property type, monthly electricity units or bill, and any message you send. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey and prepare a quote.
  • WhatsApp, calls and emails: the contact details and information you choose to share with us.
  • Questions to the website assistant: sent to an AI service to generate an answer. Please do not include personal details. We do not keep a record of questions.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and browser information to deliver and secure the site.

Consent

We process enquiry data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop contacting you about your enquiry.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. If you go ahead with an installation, we share necessary details with the bodies involved, such as TGSPDCL for net metering, and any financing partner you choose. Our website is hosted by Netlify and our assistant uses Google’s Gemini service; some providers may store data outside India, which we do in accordance with the DPDP Act.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a customer, for the duration of our service relationship and any legal record-keeping period.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Contact us using the details below.
